XFM

The XFM X-ray system is a revolutionary system that enables all types of radiography. The system is equipped with a latest-generation 35cm x 43cm mobile detector (CsI), which ensures exceptional image quality, unrivaled performance, and a minimal dose for the patient. The unit is equipped with a dual-focus tube measuring 0.6 mm and 1.2 mm, as well as a collimator equipped with additional pediatric filters. It therefore meets the Ministry of Health's requirements regarding pediatric procedures.

Compact dimensions and a wide range of arm movements ensure comfortable examinations  even in cramped rooms. The compact design improves visibility during transport and makes it easier to pass through doorways.

Exceptional mobility is provided by a fully motorized drive with adjustable speed control on the handle. Safety is guaranteed by a modern and highly sensitive anti-collision system. This system detects obstacles at a distance and automatically slows the unit down before a collision. The unit has mains power as well as batteries, which allow exposures to be taken without a connection to the electrical grid.

The lowest weight in this class of units (approx. 290 kg) enables the unit to be transported even when the batteries are fully discharged.

Image acquisition in the XFM unit is based on the fully wireless semiconductor detector Pixium Portable 3543DR, the size of a traditional 35 x 43 cm cassette, built using amorphous silicon (a-Si) technology and a cesium iodide (CSI) scintillator. Optionally, for pediatric applications (e.g., examinations in incubators), a mobile detector measuring 24 x 30 cm and weighing approx. 1.5 kg is available. These detectors meet the highest standards in medical imaging and guarantee high-quality X-ray images while maintaining low exposure conditions. Images in a 16-bit grayscale are characterized by unrivaled quality, sharpness, and reproduction of even the most subtle details and varied structures.

The HF-class high-frequency X-ray generator (40kHz) with a power of 40 kW guarantees high radiation quality for all load conditions, thereby making it possible to diagnose areas of very high absorption, e.g., in obese patients or those in a cast.

The selection of anatomical programs is performed using a 19-inch touch console. Manual setting of exposure parameters is also possible.

The X-FRAME DR graphical user interface (GUI) was designed with the operator's needs in mind. The icon layout is simple and intuitive, and the technician is guided step by step through the entire image acquisition process and examination procedure. All relevant information is displayed on the screen, reflecting the system's status.
