About the role

KOSMED, a supplier of advanced diagnostic equipment, is looking for a Technical Specialist / Product Specialist responsible for technical and product support for X-ray, MRI, CT, and Angio equipment. This person works with the sales and service teams, gives product presentations, and supports clients with equipment configuration and use.

Responsibilities

• Technical and product support for the sales team and clients.
• Presenting X-ray, MRI, CT, and Angio equipment at medical facilities.
• Taking part in installations and deployments of diagnostic equipment.
• Analyzing client needs and selecting suitable technological solutions.
• Collaborating with equipment manufacturers.
• Taking part in product training and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Experience in the medical equipment industry (X-ray/MRI/CT/Angio preferred).
• Technical or medical education.
• Ability to lead presentations and technical-commercial discussions.
• English proficiency sufficient to work with manufacturer documentation.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel on business.
• Independence, accountability, and strong business etiquette.
