I_OPEN 0.5T

The i_Open 0.5T Magnetic Resonance Imaging system is the top model among WDM systems with a permanent magnet.

It is characterised by a unique, open structure based on two symmetrical magnet pillars. The large space inside the gantry ensures patient comfort during the examination. Optionally, the system can be equipped with a special dedicated tablet (iPad4) for remote operation of the system. The device is equipped with simple and intuitive software. In the corner of the monitor, the anatomical region from a preliminary „Scout” scan is displayed.

Thanks to its special design, the i_Open 0.5T system can be installed in rooms with an area of 30 m2. The use of a permanent magnet enables low power consumption (15 kVA) and, consequently, low operating costs.

The MRI scanner is equipped with an innovative temperature stability control system. Thanks to it, the system operates at a constant temperature and is not exposed to disturbances caused by temperature fluctuations. The i_Open MRI systems are equipped with systems that reduce artefacts caused by the operation of ventilators.

PATENTED DESIGN

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The MRI system is equipped with a system that maintains a constant magnet temperature. It includes a special thermal coating for the magnet and an automatic temperature regulator.

FIBRE-OPTIC TRANSMISSION TECHNOLOGY

Data transmission to the technician's station via optical fibres. This ensures extremely fast and lossless data transfer.
