MyLab™E80 ultrasound system

The MyLab™E80 system is a professional partner that provides reliable, easy-to-use tools and the highest imaging quality. Advanced technologies help maximise performance and speed up the system's operation, while modern security mechanisms support the collection, management and sharing of data.

MyLab™E80 was designed to optimise examination time, which makes it a highly efficient platform. A Full HD monitor, an SSD drive, a latest-generation processor and graphics, and the Windows® operating system make MyLab™E80 modern and technologically advanced.

Automatic image optimisation in the B-Mode and Doppler functions, real-time eScan image optimisation in B-mode, easyMode and easyColor are intelligent real-time algorithms that shorten examination time.

Advanced assessment tools: TEI, Xview, TPView, MView, V-Pan, B-Mode/CFM/Doppler, XFlow and HPRF for increased resolution and sensitivity, and real-time Triplex are just a few examples of the advanced Esaote technologies applied in the MyLab™E80 platform.

  • A genuine technological breakthrough in very superficial examinations: using XCrystal technology, MyLab™E80 offers an ideal solution with probes for scanning all parts of the body, making it an ideal solution for those looking for probes with outstanding resolution not only for MSK applications but also for any kind of superficial scan. Applied in this high-element-density multilayer matrix, XCrystal technology enables unmatched sharp and clear imaging to achieve excellence in superficial ultrasound examinations and is becoming Esaote's gold standard for linear probes.
  • A 24” OPTI-LIGHT BARCO panoramic monitor – matrices of this type feature very wide horizontal and vertical viewing angles, have uniform backlighting and better colour fidelity. They are an ideal solution even for the most demanding users who use them for professional applications.
  • The MyLab™E80 platform uses innovative MicroView technology to increase sensitivity when imaging flow in small vessels and microflows.
  • EasyMode – a unique technology that optimises the ultrasound image through simple operation of three sliders: Resolution – Penetration, Contrast – Soft, Smooth – Sharp, dynamically optimising ultrasound image parameters while working with 45 parameters related to resolution and penetration.
  • EasyTrace – vascular optimisation that automatically corrects the position and angle of the Color Doppler gate and the position of the sample gate relative to the vessel direction. It works in B+CD and B+CD+PD modes.
  • HI-Freq high-frequency technology enabling support for probes up to 25 MHz – providing significantly better image resolution.
  • MSK App – the musculoskeletal ultrasound application is a portable MSK manual, available in several languages, containing 520 anatomical and pathological sections, useful tips and advice on ultrasound examination, probe-position markers and text descriptions.
  • iMotion – a unique technology that always provides the best image quality at the highest frame rate.
  • Battery (optional) – the option to equip the system with a built-in battery allows it to work without being connected to mains power. The optional battery guarantees a fast start of less than 15 seconds from stand-by mode, and its compactness and low power consumption mean MyLab™E80 can work anywhere for up to 80 minutes.
  • Fast transition from standby to operating mode – the system's fast-start function is especially useful during a break in use while transporting the system between workstations. System boot in less than 45 seconds / a stand-by mode that returns the system to operation in 15 seconds.
